Hello, positivity posse. Welcome back to the positivity pause. I am so excited that you have decided to join me today. Not just because I am thrilled to spend time with you, but more so I am so excited that you have made the choice to take some time to pour into you. On The Island of Positivity, we take this time to redefine recharge reset before we resume. It is so incredibly important in a world where we spend so much time in constant activity, constant busyness, constantly being surrounded by obligations and responsibilities, and dealing with so many negative messages, and information. It is imperative that we take, and that you take this time for self care. So today we continue in the self-care series. As you take a positivity, pause, the pause is for self-care, because these pauses are so incredibly important to your emotional, mental, and physical health.

Today this pause is the A in self-care for awareness. So as you take a deep cleansing breath in and slowly exhale. As you taking another centering breath in and slowly exhale. As, you pay attention to your breath in this present moment, there is only you. As you feel every breath, as it filters through your nose into your lungs, as you exhale feeling the breath release as it fans out of your mouth, into the atmosphere, your focus is you.

The awareness of this present moment from a place of non-judgment, complete and whole acceptance of this moment, and of you. Filling this moment with loving kindness towards yourself and feeling that awareness, that conscious presence of everything about this moment. As you feel your body, and your mind, and your spirit come into alignment in this moment. This unique defined moment that allows you to disconnect from everything else, but you. Allow your thoughts to be redirected to this moment, to the experience of this moment, being fully present in this moment.

"As you experience mindful moments throughout the day from a place of acceptance and non-judgment, these practices will help you to decrease the stress levels..."

As your thoughts may wonder off, gently without judgment, bring yourself back to the present moment. The freedom for you to just be in this moment. Nothing else fighting for your attention, but this moment of being. As you sit in the stillness of this moment, your body celebrates the peace and the alignment of all the elements within your body that have the opportunity to just be in this place of pause. Allowing for unity and the focus with no demands, other than just being.

As you continue to breath in and out. As you feel quietness circulate and suffuse throughout your body, there is a restfulness for this within every element of your system. You feel a calm, a clarity, a piece, a gentleness. The awareness of every part of this moment, that positions you right here. The gratitude, for this moment, the joy, this moment, the awareness of this moment. This awareness, this presence that allows all of the components within you to be divinely connected and focused on this moment.

This gift of this moment, the singular focus of this moment is a place of healing and recovery. So as you take this pause during the day to bring yourself fully into this place of awareness, you will begin to experience the benefits of calming, peaceful, loving attention to you, and the moment. As you experience mindful moments throughout the day from a place of acceptance and non-judgment, these practices will help you to decrease the stress levels throughout the day because they bring you to this place of peace and calm of the present moment.

So you can set an intention to take these pauses for awareness, for mindfulness, for meditation. That brings you into this alignment, brings every cell into unity for this moment and the healing and restoration that lives within this opportunity. For this pause allows you to redefine recharge, reset, and be ready to resume. God bless.
