All week long, we've been talking about working against resistance 🏋♀. And today is Feel Good Friday 🌞, which means it's time to release some pressure 🌈!
We've discussed the importance of building strength and stamina 💪, and how pressure can be beneficial like a pressure cooker ⚡. It softens tough things and helps accomplish tasks 🎉. However, we must find ways to release pressure to avoid self-destruction 🙅♀.
For me, releasing pressure means retail therapy 🛍! Not always buying, but window shopping, appreciating variety, and admiring creativity 🎨. I enjoy watching people find joy in their purchases 😊.
Today, I've been shopping with my best brother-in-law 👫, and we're like-minded in our approach to shopping 🤝. We're a force unleashed 💪! It's been a great bonding experience 📚.
So, I ask you: what helps you release pressure? 🤔 What makes you feel good, decompress, and unwind?
🌴 That's the positive pause I encourage you to take today 🙏.
We've worked hard this week, building muscles, strengthening bones, and fortifying our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being 🌈. Now, take a pause to decompress and release pressure 🌈.
Pressure is good; it motivates us 💪
But we need time to release and recharge 🌞.
