❓Have you ever been in a situation where you are irritated by someone and they express gratitude and you feel your irritation melting away⁉

🙋🏽‍♀Happens to me every time I am on call (my least favorite thing) and someone awakens me in the middle of the night😴

☎Usually the first thing the caller/patient says to me is “Dr. Williams, thank you so much for calling back. I know it’s late and I really appreciate this.”

❤‍🔥Without exception, I feel a veil lift, my heart softens and my annoyance subsides!

😊No problem,” I reply in a warm tone , “ What can I do for you ?”

⏸Take a positivity pause to think of someone who may have irritated you. Now think of 3 things that you are really grateful for about them. Feel the shift. ALTERNATIVELY, think of someone that might be irritated with you. Call them up
