By doing weight training ๐โ, developing your muscles ๐คธโ, and leaning into heavy lifting, you're positioning yourself to lift heavier and heavier challenges ๐, which means you can lean into the challenges that will inevitably confront you in life ๐ช.
You're not only preparing your body for life's challenges, but you're also:
