Today, we're talking about heavy lifting ๐Ÿ‹‍โ™€. And there's something incredibly important about leaning into heavy lifts ๐Ÿ’ช. 

It may seem intimidating at first ๐Ÿ˜ฌ, but in actuality, when you're lifting heavy things, it's strengthening your muscles ๐Ÿคธ‍โ™€, strengthening your bones ๐Ÿฆด, and positioning you to be able to lift heavier things in the future ๐Ÿ”ฎ.

By doing weight training ๐Ÿ‹‍โ™€, developing your muscles ๐Ÿคธ‍โ™€, and leaning into heavy lifting, you're positioning yourself to lift heavier and heavier challenges ๐ŸŒˆ, which means you can lean into the challenges that will inevitably confront you in life ๐ŸŒช.

You're not only preparing your body for life's challenges, but you're also:
