Positivity is a process by which we are able to battle and to overcome, and to literally defeat the negativity in our lives.”

Hello, Positivity Posse, so good to be with you again!

Today, I'd really like to reflect on positivity, and as you take this pause... to just inhale and exhale.

Many people have associated positivity with rose-colored glasses that just makes you deny the reality of your life, and just try to stay in this place of utopia... but the truth is - that is not positivity.

Positivity has been shown to make a difference in our health, both mental, emotional, spiritual. It has been found to make a difference in our productivity. It has been found to make a difference in our relationships.

Positivity is not just an end point, and as we take a pause today, I want you to reflect on positivity as a process.

If you are able to focus and establish a discipline around a process, then it will always lead you to an end point that is a positivity outcome.

For this reason, one of the things that I have enjoyed doing is creating a pathway: A way for you to establish a process by which you approach your problems and challenges, that allows you to build on a scaffold of a positivity framework so you can always emerge with a positive perspective.

Does it mean that we're not going to have challenges? Absolutely not. Does it mean that we're not going to encounter negative things? Absolutely not.

"Positivity is not an end point... It's a process."

Negative emotions, negative feelings, negative experiences are a part of our life.

In actuality, they exist in order to help you create a perspective of how you can develop the strengths and the resilience to overcome, and then be able to acknowledge your situations with gratitude.

Negativity is important in helping us to create a perspective about all of the things that we do have.

Positivity is a process by which we are able to battle and to overcome, and to literally defeat the negativity in our lives.

Negativity does not have to cause you to descend into despair, hopelessness, or discouragement... With this process, instead of allowing your problems to rule you, you can have your problems serve you.

Your problems are meant to serve you and you are not meant to serve your problems.

Today I want you to reflect that positivity is not a toxic approach. It is not a place of denial. It is a place of walking in your God-given power that allows you to have a process that will position you to rise above your circumstances and be empowered to act in any situation.

Remember, Not even a sky's the limit...
