It doesn’t take much. 30 minutes of jumping jacks ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ‍โ™€๏ธ, sit-ups ๐Ÿคธ‍โ™€๏ธ, renegade rows ๐Ÿ’ช, squats ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ‍โ™‚๏ธ, mountain climbers ๐Ÿง—‍โ™‚๏ธ and the list goes on and onโ—๏ธ
All things you can do with no equipment and she keeps me moving forward ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ and flying ๐Ÿฆ…

Here’s an easy tip shared by Coach Yval of Dimock Road to Wellness:

โธ๏ธPAUSE and try SPAM
S-squats/30 ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพ
P-plank/30-60sec
A-abdominal sit-ups/30
M-mountain climbers/30๐Ÿง—๐Ÿฝ

Start off slowly and increase the number of reps and frequency as you get stronger ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ
