It doesn’t take much. 30 minutes of jumping jacks ๐๏ธโ๏ธ, sit-ups ๐คธโ๏ธ, renegade rows ๐ช, squats ๐๏ธโ๏ธ, mountain climbers ๐งโ๏ธ and the list goes on and onโ๏ธ
All things you can do with no equipment and she keeps me moving forward ๐๐พ and flying ๐ฆ

S-squats/30 ๐๐พ
P-plank/30-60sec
A-abdominal sit-ups/30
M-mountain climbers/30๐ง๐ฝ
Start off slowly and increase the number of reps and frequency as you get stronger ๐๐พ
