🕳Grounding 🕳

🌎Tap into Earth’s natural healing energy!
🌎When walking barefoot, our body absorbs free ions from the Earth’s surface, which act as antioxidants.
🌎Earth’s surface carries a negative charge while humans have a positive charge.
🌎When we make direct contact with the ground, excess energy releases.
🌎Tension from the electrical circuits of the body is liberated and energy from nature is absorbed.
🌎 These antioxidants enhance our health and lead to positive feelings in the body.

🕳Grounding offers many health benefits including-
✅improved blood pressure
✅including improved sleep, ✅reduced inflammation and chronic pain
✅improved healing
✅ enhanced energy levels
✅improved mood because of endorphin release
✅counteract mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety.

⏸Take a Pause for a practice that will add to your health. Take your shoes and socks off and let your feet connect with the earth. Walk on the ground, grass or sit on a bench outside and let your feet connect for at least 20 mins. You can break the time up into frequent shorter segments.
