🥲I don’t actually like to work out. I’m an avid walker but as I CONNECT to the needs of my body during this phase of my life, strength training is critical to my health. So I PUSH through and if I can do it, so can YOU! And I know that I’m pushing if I feel uncomfortable! But at the end, I feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that I have done my body GOOD and that motivates me to keep going💛

⏸ So, take an PAUSE, CONNECT to your body and PUSH it a bit! Marvel at the intricate physiology of "no pain, no gain" in your mini workout. 
💪🏾Whether it’s sit-ups, leg lifts or squats, you can get active right where you are! The discomfort you feel is a sign of your muscles adapting and growing stronger. 💪🏾🤗Embrace the burn, for it signifies the release of endorphins, your body's natural mood lifters. As you push through the challenge, you trigger positive changes in your cardiovascular system🫀metabolism, and overall well-being💐. 
🌞In this pause, appreciate the synergy between effort and physiological transformation, understanding that the discomfort is a catalyst for the incredible benefits that contribute to a healthier, more vibrant YOU!
