FIRST- Make the decision - Do you want to be the healthiest version of yourselfโ“

SECOND- Talk to yourself and dispel whatever limiting stories are playing in your head that says you can’t do it. YOU CAN DO ITโ—๏ธ

THIRD-Take ONE step at a time choosing one thing a day that ADDS to your health and build on that♥๏ธ

FOURTH- Find an accountability partner/group/trainer/community to keep you encouraged and motivated๐ŸŒบ
