It’s simple- YOU CHOOSE โ๏ธโ๏ธ
FIRST- Make the decision - Do you want to be the healthiest version of yourselfโ
SECOND- Talk to yourself and dispel whatever limiting stories are playing in your head that says you can’t do it. YOU CAN DO ITโ๏ธ
THIRD-Take ONE step at a time choosing one thing a day that ADDS to your health and build on that♥๏ธ
FOURTH- Find an accountability partner/group/trainer/community to keep you encouraged and motivated๐บ
โธ๏ธ Pause for a moment and let the essence of positive health fill you. Repeat these words- I am committing to be the healthiest version of myself by choosing to ADD time and space to invest in my mental, emotional and physical health. Feel how that declaration lifts and encourages you๐๐
