This week has been arduous for me, as I am sure it has been for many of you, so that at night I am literally falling into bed with my glasses and clothes still onππ
Add to that the emotional toll that the upheaval around the world takes, as well as the continued senseless loss of life in this country due to mass shootings and the tank runs empty quicklyβ½
πΊIt made me realize that now more than ever we have to be intentional about nourishing ourselves.
NOURISH- to provide with the food or other substances necessary for growth, health, and good condition.

Body-Eat healthily, drink water, and get enough rest. Self-care begins with how you treat your physical self.

Mind -Seek knowledge, practice mindfulness, and engage in positive thoughts to promote mental well-being.

Soul- Tend to your emotional needs. Connect with loved ones, find joy in your hobbies, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

World -Extend the cycle of nourishment to your surroundings. Make choices that benefit the planet, your community, and all living beings.
