🛁One of my favorite things to do is soak in the hot tub! Inevitably, as I walk in, the hot water is so uncomfortable and jarring that I’m screaming as I enter!
🌊Some of you might have this same experience as you are taking a cold plunge or simply going into the ocean.
😳The abrupt CHANGE can be tough.
💃🏽BUT, have you noticed if you just PUSH through and WAIT, that all of a sudden that which was uncomfortable becomes bearable and, in many cases, enjoyable! If you didn’t give yourself time to ADAPT, you would have missed out on something remarkable!
