Thursday Tip to increase endorphins⚡

EXERCISE🏃🏾‍♀🏋‍♂

Any form of movement that increases your heart rate will generate a positive feeling. Endorphins will also interact with pain receptors in your brain so actually reducing your perception of pain. If you exercise with a group, more endorphins are released!

⏸Take a positivity pause to optimize your heart health by doing 3 minutes of simple jumping jacks, squats or grab a friend, get outside for a brisk walk. Doesn’t matter if it’s a short walk! Just do it♥
