👗One of the most common questions that I am asked is “How many closets do you have?” 😂
👚Truly, while I do have multiple closets, I am out of space🥲
⛓I can get very attached to clothing that I no longer wear, for a host of reasons.
🙏🏾I have learned that it is easy to become attached to things that no longer serve us and we have to be very intentional about releasing them to make room to receive our upgrades😇
⚾You have to free up at least one hand to catch the ball!
SO, what are we trading❓
✅Release Anger to Receive Peace: As you let go of anger and hostility, and you'll experience the serenity of peace.
✅Release Doubt to Receive Confidence: Whereas one must have a healthy portion of humility, the confidence of knowing that you do have what it takes to achieve your goals displaces self-doubt.
✅Release Regret to Receive Forgiveness: Free yourself from regrets and accept forgiveness, both from others and yourself.
✅Release Negativity to Receive Positivity: “Small Up” the negativity to diminish its prominence and invite positivity and optimism into your life.
✅Release Fear to Receive Courage: Recognizing fear’s domineering personality allows you to put it in a box, move it out of the way and welcome courage as your constant companion.
