🥀This morning I awakened feeling sad.

😢Sad at the losses of loved ones and feeling the heartbreak for families 
😢Sad because so many are dealing with tough diagnoses and illnesses.
😢Sad that there is so much hopelessness in the world. 
😢Sad about the devastation around the world as the earth weeps.

I needed a good CRY🥲

❓How can I cry AND be positive❓Because there is healing and restoration in crying. It ADDS to us.

We MUST make room for sadness because we are caring, feeling human beings and there are times when things hurt and we have to sit with it and weep🙏🏾😇

✅It honors your feelings and sheds stress
✅It dulls pain by promoting the release of hormones like oxytocin and endogenous opiates that relieve pain
✅it helps you process grief more fully
✅it restores emotional balance by releasing feel good hormones like endorphins, so you feel better after a good cry.

⏸Take a PAUSE and if you are feeling sad today, let yourself have a good cry. It will do your heart, mind and soul good💕🙏🏾
