🗣 Positive Self-Talk
👀 Redirect your attention to something soothing that you can smell, feel, touch or hear
💕 Practice Self-Compassion
🎨 Take a break to do something you enjoy

⏸️Whenever you feel that rise of irritation, heart rate increase and steam beginning to rise from your ears, take a PAUSE🙏🏾Close your eyes, breathe, visualize—- take a trip to the beach with me or whatever your favorite place is . Feel the warmth of the sun, hear the calming sounds around you, smell the salt air and see the ebb and flow of the waves that calm you with their hypnotic rhythm🌊 Feel yourself be soothed and comforted💕💜
